Vidamore was founded in 1999 as a holding company for a road transport marketplace, LogiGo. LogiGo changed the level playing field of European road transport by providing a marketplace for transport capacity buyers and sellers, added with value added (financial) services. LogiGo was destined to become a success, but needed additional funding to build out the client base and to become profitable.

 The credit crunch of 2001, resulting from the bursting internet bubble, was one of the major reasons that LogiGo was not able to attract new and additional funding, and had to close down. Of course, not before all opportunities of merging, re-organising, selling off were investigated and negotiated by the management team.

Durign the years between 2001 and 2008, Vidamore existed solely administratively without external activities

2008 

In 2008 the company was revived for providing services to the aviation and travel industry. In 2008, the first initiatives were started up: technology design for a company that wants to put private lounges on airports and a business aviation startup.

2009

Vidamore is full in business since 2009! Clients were added: in the biometrics industry for airports, in revenue management for airlines and hotels. Auditing for innovation fund.
