In an article on FlightGlobal Mark Pilling wonder whether the current sharp decline in premium class tickets sold by the world's airlines will lead to a significant and remaining reduction of fares of premium (business and first class) travel...... My guess is that this downturn will change the industry, and that the companies that are adaptable to the new situation may survive. Those companies are currently busy redefining their business, their markets, their "old" processes, not just reducing capacity and wait for better times.Â
