The client was a major aviation company that initiated the startup of a VLJ air taxi company. As the business model was geared towards providing air taxi services at relatively low cost, it was decided to develop a completely new technology strategy containing support for all required capabilities and not use systems of the aviation company. Vidamore developed a technology strategy and planning. The technology strategy included sourcing strategy and planning for: Â - Reservation engine for corporate shuttles and charters

- Crew planning, scheduling
- Regulatory requirements management

 The startup was put on hold due to the economic situation, as was the execution of the strategy. |
