Vidamore is a company focusing at general improvement of the aviation industry by supporting innovation for airlines, airports and suppliers.
Our mission is best descibed as:

 "to increase profitability, security and sustainability of the aviation industry and to increase travel comfort for passengers."

We believe that the aviation industry (only a 100 years old) benefits from innovation, and that the industry is capable to reinvent itself over and over. It has shown this many times: Paper tickets are almost gone. Navigation charts and flight operation checklists are being more and more replaced by electronic flight bags. Smoking in aircraft is fully banned, and the use of electronic devices (with antenna) is more and more allowed because of internet connectivity capability. The sales and distribution has moved online with dramatic speed. The pre-flight process has turned into a self-service procedure, and many are annoyed when you can not check in online to choose a seat. Mobile applications for travellers will become mainstream for uses nobody has thought of. 

Of course, the economic downturn and dito fallback of number of passengers makes budgets tight for many airlines. Other airlines choose cost reductions as a corporate strategy and are constantly working on more efficient processes and ways to create revenues outside of ticket sales.

Vidamore helps airlines, airports and suppliers to set goals and reach those goals. We have a background in the airline and hospitality industry, and are experienced in project structuring, funding and management, product development and implementation. As most innovations are technology related this is one of our core competences: linking technology to business goals. Last but not least: we are passionate about aviation, all the way from the booking to flight operations to airports!

Vidamore was founded in 2000 by Martijn Moret. However, the stategic focus to the aviation industry was initiated in 2009. Read more about it in our history.
